Julia Warren:

Will be working as a consultant this year with the Villages National level athletes and coaches.

Julia has been involved with Synchro for over 18 years. She coached Junior, Senior and 15 and under teams at the Olympium from 1997 - 2002 including serving as the clubs Head Coach.

 In 2001, Julia graduated from the NCI Toronto with her NCCP level 4. From 1999-2002 she has coached the National 'B' Team every year, served as the COE assistant manager leading up to the 2000 Summer Games.

In 2003 Julia was the Head coach of Canada 's National Junior Team that took gold in both the team and figures at the US open.

Currently working in real estate in the Scarborough Bluffs, Beach area.

Debra Thomson

Certified Level 3 Coach.

Certified Level 2 Judge.

Over 20 years of synchro coaching, with over 8+ years coaching at the National Level.

Coaching experience spanning several clubs, most previously Optima.  Previous Head Coaching experience, and mentorship with leading National coaches.

Gillian Ivany

Certified Level 2 coach, completing level 3

1st place finish in Team at Trillium 2007

Competitive Synchronized Swimmer for over 10 years.

6th place finish on combo team @ Nationals 2005.

Coaching Tier 6 Intro Team, and second year coaching at a National Level.

Nicole Radford:

Brings her expertise as a National Level competitive swimmer to training at VVSC.

Danielle Ross:

Have been involved with Synchro since the age of 11, and became a coach at the age of 16.

Coached the tier 8 swimmers, rec. programs, and head of aquatics (daytime) at Variety Village in the past. Currently coaching the tier 1 swimmers.

Personal: Diploma in Recreation and Leisure services from Centennial College. University Student in Sociology

Kristin McCoy:

Certified Level 2 coach

Competitive Synchro Swimmer since the age of 7, including National team training.

Currently coaching tier 9 solo, athlete with physical disability and helping with the Tier 8 team and coach of the little Mermaids.
